Registration Notice for the International Training Workshop on Production, Testing and Application Technology of Health Textiles

一、项目简介

本次培训班的目的是与发展中国家的专家学者和政府官员分享健康纺织品相关技术，研讨生物医用纤维纺丝、健康纺织品成型及其用作人体内外与卫生保健医疗用品的先进制造过程和可持续发展理念、知识和技能。通过专业理论学习与现场实践练习，结合科研实验室和生产车间调研考察等多元化方式，全面系统了解天然与合成生物医用高分子材料以及纺丝、针织、机织、编织、非织造技术制造多维结构的纤维集合体，传授先进适用的健康纺织品生产检测与应用技术，巩固深化既有国际科技合作关系，拓展新的可持续发展合作机遇，促进我国与其他发展中国家纺织科技经贸和人文交流互鉴及物资技术装备转移。

I. Project Introduction

The aim of the Workshop is to share health-textiles-related technologies with experts, scholars, and government officials in developing countries, and discuss advanced manufacturing processes and sustainable development concepts, knowledge, and skills related to biomedical fiber spinning, health textiles forming, and for use inside and outside the human body and as healthcare and medical products. Through professional theoretical training and on-site practical exercises, combined with diversified methods such as research laboratories and production workshops, we will comprehensively and systematically understand natural and synthetic biomedical polymer materials, as well as fiber assemblies with multidimensional structures manufactured by spinning, knitting, weaving, and non-woven technologies. We will impart advanced and applicable health textiles production, testing and application technologies, consolidate and deepen existing international scientific and technological cooperation relationships, expand new opportunities for sustainable development cooperation, promote textile technology, economic and cultural exchanges, and technology and equipment transfer between China and other developing countries.

二、培训地点、时间

培训地点：中国湖北省武汉市武汉纺织大学。

培训时间：2026年11月1日—2026年11月15日，共15天。

II. Venue and Duration

Venue: Wuhan Textile University, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.

Duration: November 1, 2026 - November 15, 2026, 15 days.

三、拟招学员对象及名额

招收对象：以亚洲和非洲国家为主，兼顾其他国家。

招收人数：预计20人，若报名人数超过20人，将择优录取。

III. Target group and Enrolment

Target group: Trainees are mainly from Asian and African countries, with participants from other countries as well.

Enrolment: The total number of trainees is about 20. If the number of applicants exceeds 20, the selection will be based on merit.

四、报名方式

1.访问注册网站：https://mostitp.cistc.gov.cn/student_login.aspx

2.选择点击“Apply for new workshop in year 2025, 2026”；

3.进入系统后，选择“2026年”“学员国籍”并填写学员在国籍国的相关信息；

4.选择本次培训班项目编号“26031”；

5.根据系统提示，完善信息填写和确认提交。

IV. Registration method

1. Visit the registration website: https://mostitp.cistc.gov.cn/student_login.aspx

2. Select and click on “Apply for new workshop in year 2025, 2026”;

3. After entering the system, select "2026", "Student Nationality", and fill in relevant information of the student in his/her nationality country;

4. Select the project number “26031” for this training workshop;

5. According to the system prompts, complete the required informationand confirm the submission.

五、教学方式及安排

教学方式：聘请健康纺织品技术领域专家，以线下讲授、线上观摩、案例分析、企业参访和实操实训等相结合的方式进行授课。

Teaching methods: The project plans to hire experts in the field of health textiles technology to teach in a combination of offline teaching, online observation, case analysis, enterprise visits and practical training.

六、结业要求

结合培训内容和健康纺织品在学员国籍国的发展概况以及与中国潜在合作可行性，撰写一篇培训总结（3000字以上）。

VI. Completion requirement

Write a training summary (over 3000 words) based on the training content, the development overview of health textiles in the student's country of nationality, and the potential feasibility of cooperation with China.

七、结业证书

完成所有培训课程并按时提交培训总结的学员将获得中国科技部颁发的结业证书。

VII. Certificate of completion

Participants who have completed all the training sessions and submitted the training summary on time will be awarded a certificate of completion by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.

八、费用

本次培训不收取培训费和食宿费（双人标准间）。国际往返交通费需自理。

VIII. Expenses

There are no training, accommodation or meal fees for this training workshop (double standard room). The international round-trip transportation expense shall be borne by the participants.

九、考勤要求

所有人选一经选定，必须严格按照课程表上课，不得请假缺课。

IX. Attendance requirements

All candidates who have been selected must attend classes in strict accordance with the class schedule with no excused absences.
